GOOGLE Australia has voiced its concerns over the Rudd Government’s controversial mandatory ISP filtering plan directly to the US State Department. One of the internet giant’s biggest worry is the filter’s scope, which it believes to be too broad. The last time I reviewed one of Dell’s UltraSharp monitors, the 2408WFP ($689.00 Direct, ), I was wowed by its solid performance and robust feature set. Despite the relatively high price, it merited an Editors’ Choice award. So it was with great anticipation that I popped open the box containing the Dell UltraSharp U2711 (1,099 direct) that recently arrived on my doorstep. And once again, I am impressed. This versatile 27-inch monitor delivers deep, rich colors and offers a multitude of input options. It also does good job of displaying fast action video.
